posizione perfetta per accedere al centro città e sicuramente la metratura: è un bell'appartamento grande, ampio spazio e vicino ad ogni linea di trasporto
essendo sotto ad un tetto, c'erano dei piccioni con relativi nidi tra le travi che ovviamente hanno fatto casino più o meno sempre. Bisognerebbe fare un trattamento o posizionare reti in modo che non accedano al tetto. Altra piccola scomodità, essendo l'ultimo piano, dopo l'ascensore c'è una scala da fare, piuttosto stretta.

Muy buena calefacción, la disposición y decoración del departamento, la cocina bien acondicionada, muy cálido. Aunque no usamos el lavaropa, estaban los insumos necesarios al igual que los demás artículos de limpieza.Para volver.
Lo único que no nos gustó fue la incomodidad del sofá cama, debería ser reemplazado por uno nuevo.
