The Haus Seeluft Vacation Rental 12 (SL12) welcomes you right on the beach at Nordstr. 16 in Cuxhaven, offering an exceptionally beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the expansive sandy beach. The vacation rental is located on the third floor of a well-maintained building and features a furnished balcony that offers an unparalleled view of the North Sea. Here, you can enjoy both sunrises and the soothing sound of the sea right outside your door.
With a living area of 54 m² and three rooms, including two bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for up to four people. The interior design is well thought out: carpeted floors create a cozy atmosphere in the living and sleeping areas, while large windows let plenty of natural light into every room. The living room opens directly onto the kitchen and dining area—a layout that encourages socializing with family or friends.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay, including a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. There is also an ample supply of dishes and silverware. For your entertainment, there is a cable TV with a screen size between 35 and 44 inches, a radio, and a CD player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout your stay.
The bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower and tub, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. You’ll also have access to the shared washer and dryer located in the building. A clothes drying rack is also provided.
