The Nautilus building stands out for its exclusive prime location on the Duhnen beach promenade, just a few steps from the sandy beach. Each of our apartments offers a direct view of the international shipping lane and the island of Neuwerk, which is part of the Wadden Sea UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.

A wide variety of restaurants and shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity of the building.

The complex is equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. In addition, each apartment has its own numbered parking space.

Note regarding the surrounding area:
A new construction project is planned in the immediate vicinity; as of now, construction is scheduled to begin at the end of summer 2026. Construction is expected to last for at least 18 months. During this time, there may be occasional noise and dust, particularly on weekdays. The work will be carried out by third parties and is beyond our control.
