Corner apartment No. 24 in the NAUTILUS building is located on the 2nd floor and features a furnished balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, and the international shipping lane. The spacious apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and an additional room with a bunk bed (dimensions: 2x90x200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet.

The kitchen offers a variety of amenities, including a refrigerator, a freezer, an electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave.

In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi and a numbered parking space for your car. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.

Rentals for fewer than 7 nights are available upon request.

A new construction project is planned in the immediate vicinity; as of now, construction is scheduled to begin at the end of summer 2026. The construction work is expected to last for at least 18 months. During this time, there may be occasional noise and dust, particularly on weekdays. The complex is equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. In addition, each apartment has its own numbered parking space.
