In the popular Haus Baltic, located at Nordstraße 13–15 in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, the renovated vacation apartment BA03 awaits you—in a quiet cul-de-sac, just about 50 meters from the beach promenade, the Ahoi! Thalasso Center, restaurants, bakeries, shopping, and the bus stop.
Amenities:
The approximately 55 m² non-smoking apartment, spread over two floors, accommodates up to four people. The upper level features an open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you have direct access to a lockable west-facing terrace, where bicycles can also be safely stored.
A modern, renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a hallway with a coat closet, complete the layout on the upper level. A sturdy staircase leads down to the lower level, which features two separate bedrooms: one with a high-quality double bed and a TV, the other with two high-quality single beds. The second bedroom is connected to the main room via a window, can be darkened, and offers privacy.
A private parking space (No. 3) is located directly behind the house. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is for non-smokers only.

Von 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern kann nicht im entferntesten die Rede sein. Die untere Ebene riecht sehr muffig.

Die Lage ist top. Die Wohnung ist sehr harmonisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir als dreiköpfige Familie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Keller. Das kleinere Zimmer hat kein Fenster. Es hat so nach Schimmel gerochen, das wir es nicht nutzen konnten. Im größeren Zimmer haben wir kräftig gelüftet und nur bei geöffneten Fenster geschlafen.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung okay. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand.

Saubere Wohnung mit der nötigen Ausstattung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Schön eingerichtet. Praktischer Parkplatz direkt am Terrasseneingang. Die Terrasse ist sehr überschaubar, aber praktisch zum Abstellen und trocknen von Gegenständen. Baustelle nebenan hat keinen störenden Lärm verursacht. Etwas hellhörig, die Schlafzimmer im Keller kühl aber nötigenfalls beheizbar. Die Verwaltung war gut erreichbar, bemüht bei Problemen und entgegenkommend.
