The bright and modernly furnished ground-floor apartment No. 2 in the Baltic building boasts an excellent location—just about 50 meters from the Duhn beach promenade and the sea. The spacious sun terrace invites you to relax and makes the apartment an ideal retreat for a restful vacation.
The living area features an open layout and includes a well-equipped, built-in kitchenette with a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The dining table seats up to 4 people. The comfortable sofa bed (160 cm) and a cozy recliner ensure a pleasant stay. A 55-inch flat-screen TV is available for entertainment—ideal for streaming and relaxing evenings.
In addition, the apartment has its own VDSL internet connection with speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s (MagentaZuhause L), providing a fast and stable internet connection—ideal for streaming or remote work.
The two bedrooms are located in a quiet area in the basement. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The adjoining children’s room, lovingly decorated in a pirate theme, features a loft bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) as well as a PlayStation 3, board games, and toys—perfect for families with children.
The bathroom is functionally furnished and includes a shower and toilet.
The Ahoi Wave Pool and Thalasso Center are just about 280 meters away, or approximately a 3-minute walk.
A numbered parking space is located right next to the apartment, directly adjacent to the terrace—ideal for quick loading and unloading.

Fernsehen. Zdf nicht zu bekommen oder ab und zu nur sehr verwackelt.
