Spacious 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor of the PASSAT residence. 1 living/dining/bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The living area features a convertible sitting/sleeping area, a coffee table, a dining table, 6 chairs, and a flat-screen TV. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a small south-facing balcony. 1 bedroom on the second level in the attic with two single beds and a second flat-screen TV. Shower room/toilet. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi. Underground parking space. Lawn area with playground equipment. The swimming pool and sauna are free of charge

The Passat vacation residence features a beautiful swimming pool* and a sauna* and is located just a 2-minute walk from the magnificent Döser sandy beach on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Many apartments offer a north-facing lake view with a south- or southeast-facing balcony. The apartments without a lake view have south- or east-facing balconies.
The building has an elevator and underground parking or parking spaces. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. Bicycles can be locked up in the garage or in front of the building. Some apartments offer free Wi-Fi.
Shopping, a bus stop, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
The spa park, with its large “Pirate” adventure playground and animal enclosures, as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach, are within walking distance. The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is also just a few minutes away.

die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz des unvorteilhaften Wetter, hatten wir durch den Pool die Kinder gut beschäftigen können.
Das Einchecken und Auschecken lief kontaktlos/problemlos.
