Das Objekt war leider überhaupt nicht unser Fall. Es war muffig und eng, zum Glück waren wir nur vier Personen, denn für mehr wäre kein Geschirr oder Sitzplatz gewesen. Unangenehme Gerüche wurden mit Geruchsstäbchen (die noch schlimmer waren) übertönt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr unzufrieden

Sorry dass wir das so krass schreiben müssen, aber die Wohnung war leider der totale Reinfall und dazu noch völlig überteuert. Eine Übergabe fand nicht statt, da der Vermieter einen anderen Termin hatte, er hat sich danach auch nicht mehr blicken lassen. Die Wohnung ist eine Zumutung, hätten wir eine Ausweichmöglichkeit gehabt, wären wir gar nicht erst eingezogen. Gott sei Dank war es nur für zwei Nächte, das Wochenende war dennoch verdorben. Wer auf selbstgebastelte Möbel, die fast auseinander fallen, sich ablösenden Tapeten oder schlampig gestrichene Decken und Wände steht, sollte hier buchen. Wir waren wirklich bedient!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Zwei von den angegebenen Schlafplätzen sind ein Kinderhochbett, was wir der Beschreibung so nicht entnehmen konnten. Für uns (alle ca. 1,65m) war es leider zu klein. Sonst gute Lage, Parkplätze vorhanden und mit dem Auto sind Bäckerei, Strand, Bahnhof und Hafen schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Einige Schränke könnten erneuert werden und waren nicht mehr ganz stabil. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung empfehlen, allerdings für max. 4 Erwachsene

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in det Ferienwohnung, dass war in Ordnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und kann eine Sanierung gebrauchen. Oben findet man ein Schlafzimmer, hier ist dringend ein neues Bett inkl. Matratze fällig, und die Wohnküche. Die Wohnküche ist sehr eng für eine Familie und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Unten ist ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Man hat nur ca 5 Minuten warmes Wasser und muss dann 15 Minuten warten bis der nächste duschen kann. Die Lage ist gut. Bis nach Duhnen ist es ein Katzensprung. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedoch nicht noch mal buchen

Das Appartement welches wir gemietet haben, war genau wie beschrieben. Es wäre allerdings trotzdem etwas eng geworden für uns als 5-köpfinge Familie mit 3 Kindern. Wir hatten aber Glück im Unglück. Bei Anreise ist ein Wasserschaden im Bad aufgetreten (Wasserrohrbruch). Deshalb sind wir in ein anderes Appartement, welches wesentlich geräumiger und etwas moderner eingerichtet war, umgesiedelt. Da die Woche sehr verregnete war, kam uns das sehr entgegen. Das Ersatz Appartement war im selben Haus. Familie Musa war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für diesen entspannten Umgang und den gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren in der Wohnung 2 untergebracht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kleinigkeiten wie zum Beispiel ein Treppenschutzgitter sind ein Luxusproblem, da Kinder ja auch älter werden. Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt mehr als zufrieden und denken, daß wenn wir wieder nach Cuxhaven fahren, dort wieder einchecken werden.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ist von allen wichtigen Orten in Cuxhave 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Allerdings braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto oder Fahrrad, dafür sind Aldi/Lidl etc. alles schnell erreichbar. Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft, das Entgegenkommen des Vermieters, seine Erreichbarkeit und seine nette Familie.
