The Hohe-Lith Residence Vacation Rental 201 (HLI201) in Cuxhaven offers you extremely comfortable accommodations for up to four people. This spacious vacation apartment, with a total area of 66 m², is located on the first floor of a modern building and is easily accessible by elevator. Thanks to its well-thought-out layout—featuring three rooms, including two separate bedrooms—it is particularly well-suited for families and small travel groups.

The open-concept living and dining area is stylishly furnished and features a warm, airy atmosphere. Vinyl flooring in the living and bedrooms creates a modern and low-maintenance living environment. The sofa area invites you to relax, while your entertainment needs are met by three cable TV sets (with digital connections, 35–44 inches), a hi-fi system, a radio, a CD player, and a selection of books and games. You have internet access at all times via Wi-Fi.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped and allows for relaxed cooking and dining: A ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, as well as dishes and silverware are provided. Kitchen utensils and a dining table are also provided.

The bathroom features a modern shower with a tub, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a window with a privacy screen. A separate guest restroom adds to the comfort, especially when traveling with several people. For your stay, you’ll also have access to a safe, an iron with an ironing board, a clothes rack, and a shared washer and dryer.

Relax on the covered balcony, which offers a pleasant outdoor experience at any time of day. For children, there is a playground and plenty of play options; children’s toys are also available in the apartment. Children are very welcome.

A doctor is also located nearby.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time at all—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in no time. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the legal minimum requirements according to building codes. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation apartment has a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently serves the 102 vacation apartments with two 100 Mbit lines; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit lines is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic uses such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth: 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as they are known to us. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund of the rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
