The Residenz Hohe-Lith Vacation Rental 206 (HLI206) welcomes you to Cuxhaven with a comfortably furnished apartment that offers space for up to six people in its 75 m² of living space. The tastefully designed vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building, which is easily accessible by elevator. Particularly appealing for families: Children are welcome and can enjoy a child-friendly environment with a swing, playground, and play areas.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms with vinyl flooring, creating a pleasant and allergy-friendly indoor environment. In total, there are three rooms available. A light-filled living room opens onto the modern, open-concept kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired with its ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and blender. Dishes, silverware, and all kitchen utensils are, of course, provided.

A bathroom with a shower (including a bathtub) and a separate guest restroom ensure maximum comfort. A safe, washing machine (for personal use), dryer (shared use), iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are available. Flat-screen TVs in three rooms, cable TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, and Wi-Fi provide top-notch entertainment for all guests. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and numerous mirrors.

Relaxation is a top priority here: The building features an infrared cabin, a sauna, and a steam room. The heated indoor pool provides special moments of wellness. Outside, a covered balcony with patio furniture invites you to linger and enjoy cozy hours outdoors. The sandy beach is just about 400 meters away, where a beach chair is available for your use. This way, you can enjoy relaxing days by the sea, which is also about 400 meters away.

A parking space with privacy screening by the window is reserved for your vehicle. The apartment is designated as a non-smoking property. A safe ensures your security, and contactless check-in and check-out are available. For cyclists, the surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for exploration. Shopping options are about 900 meters away, and restaurants are within a 500-meter radius. There is a doctor nearby.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time at all—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in no time. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The clearance height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under the building code. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation apartment has a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently provides the 102 vacation apartments with two 100 Mbit connections; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit connections is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic uses such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of the rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
