A stunning penthouse apartment with a magnificent lake view!
Enjoy your well-deserved vacation from the very first moment in this exclusive vacation rental high above Cuxhaven, complete with its own sauna. The two-level loft apartment is bright and inviting, furnished in an elegant country house style.
The spacious rooftop terrace (37 m²) is partially covered and offers sun all day long, from sunrise to sunset over the North Sea. On some days, you won’t want to leave this wonderful place at all!
Treat yourself to a sauna session (just a 2€ coin for 3 hours) in the Finnish sauna (with a lake view!) and then refresh yourself under the wellness shower before truly unwinding on one of the cozy lounge chairs on the rooftop terrace!
Alternatively, you can relax in the cozy bathtub after a wonderful day of vacation. The modern bathroom also features an invigorating rain shower. There is also a separate guest restroom. All bathrooms have heated floors.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms on the first floor, each with two beds (one double bed and two single beds); a sleeper sofa in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots (Recommendation: the apartment is suitable for up to 4 people).
The kitchen is fully equipped; for coffee lovers, there’s a Senseo coffee maker.
State-of-the-art technology: For entertainment, there is a large flat-screen TV (48-inch UHD), a 4K Blu-ray/DVD player, a hi-fi system with an iPod docking station, free Wi-Fi internet access, and a collection of games. There is a second flat-screen TV in the bedroom.
An iron and ironing board are available upon request.

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM
