The Hohe-Lith Residence, Apartment 136 (HLI136), offers plenty of space and comfort for up to four people in its 72 m² of living space. This attractively furnished apartment on the fourth floor of a modern building features an open, bright layout and numerous amenities that ensure a relaxing stay for families, couples, or small groups.

The vacation rental is divided into a total of three rooms, including two separate bedrooms with vinyl flooring that provide a restful night’s sleep. In the cozy living room—also equipped with easy-to-clean vinyl flooring—the open floor plan and access to the balcony invite you to linger. From here, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a view of the surroundings and benefit from privacy screens on all windows, which ensure your privacy.

The open kitchen faces the living room and is fully equipped: A ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and a Senseo espresso machine are provided. This makes it easy to cook and enjoy meals with your travel companions. The separate dining room offers a cozy space for shared meals.

Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower (both with a tub) and a toilet, as well as a hair dryer, ensure comfort and flexibility—especially convenient when hosting multiple guests. For wellness enthusiasts, the house features its own infrared cabin, a sauna, a steam room, and a heated indoor pool.

Entertainment and connectivity are provided by Wi-Fi and three televisions (35–44 inches). You’ll also find a selection of books and games for a variety of activities during your stay.

The residence places great emphasis on family-friendliness: an on-site playground with a slide, sandbox, and swing ensures fun for the youngest guests. For relaxing days by the water, you’ll have your own beach chair available on the sandy beach, which is just 400 m away. A beach umbrella is also provided.

A private parking space is available; an elevator makes it easy to reach the apartment on the fourth floor. For daily needs, you’ll find shopping options 900 m away and restaurants 500 m away. You can go on long bike rides in the surrounding area, and a doctor is also within easy reach.

Practical amenities such as a shared washer and dryer, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board round out the amenities. The property is designated as a non-smoking apartment. Contactless check-in and check-out make your arrival and departure hassle-free.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time at all—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in no time. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The clearance height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under building codes. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation rental comes with a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently serves the 102 vacation apartments with two 100 Mbit lines; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit lines is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic uses such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle guests to a full or partial refund of rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
