Welcome to Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
Whether you’re relaxing on the beach, playing sports, unwinding, recharging, or simply enjoying the beautiful scenery, Cuxhaven has something for everyone.
Our vacation apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is located on the first floor of the Hohe Lith I building. With approximately 62 m² of living space, it features two separate bedrooms, a combined living/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a storage room.
Each bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. One bedroom also includes an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—it has everything you could need.
The bright living and dining area invites you to relax with a cozy dining area and a new, comfortable sleeper sofa for two people (sleeping surface 170 × 200 cm, purchased in 2026). Entertainment is provided by a plasma TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a stereo system—ideal for cozy vacation days.
For our younger guests, we have a travel crib and three high chairs in various sizes.
Our bathroom features a shower.
To round off a relaxing day on vacation, the balcony with its beautiful furniture is the perfect spot.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a breathtaking view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
