About this apartment rental
You’ll be staying in a 3-room apartment on the first floor, with a floor area of approximately 69 m², that accommodates up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom with a flat-screen TV), a large, bright living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed (170 x 200 cm; new in 2024), a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave, and Senseo coffee maker, a shower/toilet, a large furnished balcony, a storage room, satellite TV (flat-screen), and a mini hi-fi system with a DVD player. Parking space for a car in the underground garage.
The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some not covered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
