La ubicación de la vivienda

Ruido continúo en la habitación de la planta baja al parecer de aparatos de ventilación o extractores. Olores de cocina que obligan a cerrar las ventanas. Los toldos de los balcones ni se llegaron a poner por encontrarse con muy mala pinta y el tendedero oxidado. Pienso que la vivienda podría disponer al algún aparato de aire acondicionado para los días de calor excesivo.
