Very convenient for a night’s stay close to airport & ferry terminal. Comfortable bed.
No sound proofing, so ok for a night.

The whole system is far too complicated. the Kiosk didn't scan my passport correctly and so had to go and find the caretaker in reception, to let us in.
just needs a simple key collection from reception and better signs showing hole in wall where you need to insert key to open car park.

It was near to the airport.
Taxi found it difficult to find it. Confusing entry instructions. Didn’t realise reception was in the leisure centre. Took a while to gain access.

The lift was not working. We arrived a 3pm and could not book in until 4pm, for no apparent reason.
