- Kit de cocina (estropajo/bayeta/gel) muy adecuado. - Proximidad a “Lupa”, cercanía al centro, y a pueblos de montaña.
- Ausencia de aire acondicionado, siendo muy necesaria, teniendo las salidas para el mismo en los apartamentos. Además, esto provoca el tener las ventanas abiertas, con el riesgo de que las mascotas puedan escaparse por las mismas. - Carencia absoluta de accesorios para mascotas, a excepción del bebedero y comedero de la entrada. - Iluminación muy escasa en las inmediaciones de los apartamentos.

Mal olor. No habia aire acondicionado y al llamar al teléfono de emergencias nadie contestaba. Muy incómodo el sistema de acceso a deshora, ya uque tuve que llamar varias veces hasta que me.atendieron.
