El piso es cómodo y funcional para una estancia corta, especialmente si no se tienen grandes expectativas en cuanto a detalles de mantenimiento o equipamiento extra. Con algunos ajustes y cuidados, puede ser un buen lugar para alojarse. Lo mejor la cercanía al centro de la ciudad.
Algunos enchufes están un poco sueltos y los interruptores no funcionan del todo bien, lo que puede resultar algo incómodo. En cuanto al equipamiento, a finales de otoño en Santander, donde hace frío, echamos en falta mantas adicionales y las almohadas resultan bastante finas. La cocina está equipada de manera básica; por ejemplo, solo hay un trapo de cocina para cuatro días, lo que puede ser insuficiente si se va a cocinar.
