Amplitud, vistas, ubicación
El ruido de las camas. La ducha, estaba suelta la fijación y se mojaba todo el baño, cortina corta.
Menaje de cocina en mínimos, si cocinas, sobre todo platos grandes, no había sacacorchos ni mantel.
Cuando empezó a llover goteaba la campana extractora de la cocina, peligroso.

Piso/ático de dos plantas con tres habitaciones y terraza con vistas. Bien equipado, luminoso, amplio, buen servicio del anfitrión, buena construcción, moderno y cómodo (teniendo en cuenta que son dos plantas), con aparcamiento gratis en el edificio.
Es una pena no poder puntuarlo con un diez ya que se observa cierta desidia en detalles que, si bien no empañan la calidad del piso, hacen la estancia menos cómoda: una ventana descuadrada que no cierra bien, una cortina que no corre porque está pillada con una ventana, olor a sumidero, bombillas fundidas, un agujero en el techo en lugar de una lámpara, falta de colgadores en la entrada, cocina y habitaciones (para la ropa de uso diario y los trapos de cocina) además de alguna balda en el cuarto de baño para dejar los objetos personales de aseo.

10-15 minutes walking to the city.
There is a lot maintenance to do and i regret the owner is not interested to fix things. One bedroom has not a single light and the wires of the one lamp looked dangerous lose. Another bedroom has two lights near each site of the bed and on one side there is no socket and the plug is behind the curtain going nowhere. The big window in the living has an electric roller blind that did not work and it is completely closed so you miss the view. The frame of the bathroomdoor has a lot of waterdamage with cannot be missed. Except for some tea there is totally nothing not even a bottle of welcoming water in the refrigerator. There is no handsoap in the kitchen. And in the kitchen drawer the forks and knives lookes a little bit dingy.
