Pasé un poco de calor porque los anteriores inquilinos lo habían averiado pero me comunique con el propietario y fue considerado

Lo mejor la plaza de garaje, a 30 minutos andando del centro, por el precio no se le puede pedir mucho más.
Los muebles son muy viejos, la cama de matrimonio tenía varias lamas rotas, aunque me dijeron que lo arreglarían, y el sofá muy incómodo, pero por el precio que tiene es correcto

La ubicación está bien, el piso es amplio y la plaza de garaje también con buen acceso y muy amplia.
Hay detalles que se pueden mejorar, como la limpieza de baños, la tapa del baño de la habitación suelta óxido y está muy vieja, las papeleras de los baños deberían tener tapa para que sean más higiénicas, y en cocina los muebles bastante deteriorados y falta algún utensilio como algún cuchillo más que corten bien, tabla cortar... Detalles que no cuestan nada y harían de las estáncias perfectas, por lo demás todo muy bien. Lo dicho buena ubicación, buen garaje y amplio, y el piso es muy espacioso
