Suances, itself, is a lovely small town/village. It has several cafes and restaurants or supermarkets for the self catering. It has three beaches which are gorgeous, lovely sand, very clean and great surf. There were plenty of surfers, learning and experienced, paddle boarders and small boats. The views around the area are lovely, some hills, green spaces and rocky outcrops. All the people we met were friendly, helpful and attentive.
There is little for vegetarians. Not a complaint, it’s our choice, just an observation/warning for others.

Despite booking a room accessible by lift we were given a room needing stairs. No alternative rooms available
