The house with its fine-grained chestnut furniture and attention to modern convenience, offers a very cozy, comfortable accommodation for 8 people. It has four bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, outdoor terrace and indoor deck, equipped with vitroceramica, washing machine, dishwasher, satelite TV, USB connector, stereo, etc ...,

In the large garden of 4000 m2 there is a swimming pool of 14 x 7 m. And also another for children of 9 m2, fenced both as a security measure. At the end of the garden a tennis court of regulation measures with illumination for night games.
