We spent a week in the house and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very clean and tidy and the size of the house was great for the five of us (2 adults and 3 teenage daughters). We played tennis on the court a few times (condition was ok) and the kids were cooling off in the pool on the grounds a couple of times. The underground car park meant there were never any parking problems. In a few minutes (approx. 10 min walk) you were on a large, great sandy beach and could enjoy the Atlantic waves. We went on excursions in the surrounding area, with Bilbao (approx. 75km) being particularly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable chalet. It was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the friendly neighbours. It was situated in a nice town, with lots to do nearby and a fantastic beach. We had room to park but could walk to eat and go out. Aveline and Emilo made us feel very welcome. We had a great holiday in a lovely home and a great part of Spain. We hope to go back.

Great townhouse property. Great location, near beach and restaurants. Very helpful with check in. Very well maintained, clean property with lots of kitchen equipment. Couldn't ask for more!!

This location was very clean and fully equipped. It’s very close to the sea and a boat shuttle is available at Penedra to reach Santander.
