Kitchen was as described and in good order. Elevator to apartment.
No heat available until some after we were there even though temperatures were 10 degrees at night and no extra blanket available or upon request. Mattress old and minimal. The perfumed "air freshener" in the storage closet is dreadful. It took a while to figure out where the smell was coming from and putting it in a plastic bag didn't help because the odor permeated most of the apartment.

Good view across Vernon, secure parking
Shower bath is extremely dangerous for elderly, without a nonslip mat or bath mat. Moving from a wet bath to a slippery tile floor. Receiving the lock codes 2 minutes before the 1700 check-in time is concerning. Sign in cupboard indicates 6 mugs but there were only 4. Bath towels were very small and she’d fluff around the room.
