Good location but the main problem is no window and no ventilation

Location to where we want to go was one reason we selected the place. It was clean and had refrigerator and small kitchenette.

There was no windows and really no ventilation and so the room was stuffy and warm, we had to sleep with the front door opened It was also pretty complicated to find the apartment and get access in. Googlemap also initially gave us a different location and so it took us a while to find the location.

We booked last minute and arrived late, but host was nice on messaging and very helpful with all the answers and instructions. Studio in the real life is much more lovely then on the photos - really gives a nice impression. Very clean and with helpful notes/information from the owner - you can see that owner cares about comfort of the guests. Comfy bed, modern shower.

It was a bit tricky with the parking for us, because we arrived late. There is no possibility to park next to the property, but we parked in a walking distance - so all good.

-Les petites attentions comme les madeleines dans le panier dans la cuisine (je n’y ai pas touché pour raison médicale) - Les équipements à disposition malgré la petite taille de du studio : tout est équipé et bien agencé

- Le manque d’aération : malgré des VMC la pièce n’est pas assez ventilé. Je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la porte fenêtre car il faisait froid la nuit et j’étais avec mon animal de compagnie qui pouvait se faufiler. - les oreillers ultra mous

Attention DIFFICULTÉS

Pas grand chose

La superficie disponible (6,5 m2 pour l'espace de couchage et de vie ,1,5 m2 pour la salle de bain et toilettes et 1,2 m2 pour le "coin cuisine " ) rend le séjour très difficile.... L'habillage d'une fausse (?) cloison pose également problème. Le système de porte fenêtre et de volet roulant rend également l'aération difficile... L'internet coupé à une certaine heure est également un inconvénient. Mais la raison principale qui fait que cela confine à l'arnaque, c'est la superficie : moins de 9m2 en tout, pour 83 € quand même....!!!

Nous sommes vraiment déçu de tout ce problème que nous avons rencontré

La propreté du logement et des ustensiles avoir des appareils fonctionnels c’était bien.

Nous avons été prévenu 30 minutes avant notre arrivée que le studio que nous avons réservé à la base avait un problème mécanique avec la porte et le volet alors qu’ont avaient réservé une semaine avant notre arrivée, du coup ils nous ont donné le 2ème studio avec un lit superposé en métal qui faisait beaucoup de bruit à chaque mouvement c’était vraiment insupportable, samedi nous devions sortir problème de volet roulant sa ne fonctionnait plus, la porte du studio ne c’est ferme pas de l’extérieur elle c’est fermé que quand vous êtes à l’intérieur nous avons donc contacté la hôte qui n’avait pas de solution à nous donner dû coup notre sortie en couple était gâché vue que la porte et le volet ne s’est fermé pas 😭 Pas d’essuie-tout, pas de serpillière, il fait très froid dans la salle de bain 🙁 Beaucoup de bruit venant de la maison de hôte.
