Vernon/ Giverney are beautiful historical towns with interesting buildings and of course Renoir’s garden & house

Well equipped with functional kitchen, good bathroom. It was immaculate and everything functioned with useful tip cards. Very handy location to station and shops with good security.

Very clean, great location. attentive host- clear instructions and good communication, comfy bed. Obviously a lot of thought has been put in,-had everything that I needed. Best private rental experience that I've had.

Convenient stopover to visit Monet's Garden

The communication from Eric was outstanding. Clear and early. The apartment had everything you would want. It is small but for a one night stopover it was fine. Easy drive to Giverny to see Monet's garden. If the weather was good. you like walking and have the time we could have walked there.

The parking is very tight but we new about that. The shower was also very tight but this seems typical of showers in Europe generally.

An excellent place to stay if you are visiting Giverny and want to avoid the crowds.

Excellent communication with the owner from start to finish. The apartment was very well located for a visit to Monet’s Gardens in nearby Giverny, within easy walking distance to Vernon station from where there are frequent shuttles, taxis and uber. I recommend visiting the gardens after 3pm when they are less crowded as most visitors have left for Paris. It was easy to get into the apartment and great to have the use of a washing machine. Also there’s a lovely bakery just down the street and the apartment is very handy to shops and restaurants. There is a bike hire place very close to the station where you can leave your bags if you arrive too early, and hire bikes for the short ride to Giverny.

Just small things…for me the pillows weren’t very comfortable and I would prefer cotton sheets and a lighter duvet for summer. Otherwise perfect!

Excellent location but some misleading descriptions in the promotion.

The location was excellent being only a short walk from the train station and the centre of town.

While the unit was spotlessly clean there were a couple of big letdowns that did not match the property description: - the 'garden view' was looking out onto a gravel carpark - the shower cubicle was so small it was difficult to even turn around in it

This compact apartment more than met our needs

Easy access from the train station and located at the back of a quiet courtyard. A clean, compact space containing everything needed for a short stay. A great shower. I liked the keyless entry. The apartment was stuffy at first, but once the outside shutter was raised and the garden doors in the bedroom were opened, plenty of light and air rushed in. A digital guide to attractions, restaurants, etc. provided by the owner was a bonus.

It would be a little cramped if one had big suitcases or lots of luggage.

The worst stay ever

It was a Garage. The place had a terrible smell. It was Damp . There was a roller over the window so No fresh air . The bed was hard . And there was a roller blind for a door . Also No pillows .

Best experience I've ever had with this price range!

The flat was just fantastic. I only stayed for one night but had the best night of sleep here during my two-week trip. 3-min walk to the train station; quiet area; very clean; super comfortable bed; very useful welcome e-book. The flat had almost everything you might need on a trip and more!

La réception de cet hébergement a été d'une très grande facilité. Tout a été expliqué d'une manière très simple par le propriétaire au demeurant charmant et courtois. L'emplacement de l'hébergement est des plus sécuritaires avec un cabinet médical voisin, des locaux de police à proximité. Les commerces sont proches , 10 mn à pied. Le studio est fonctionnel, très propre et surtout hyper calme.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Je recommande le logement malgré qu’une literie moins ferme serait la bienvenue.

Ce que j’ai aimé, c’était que le logement était tout équiper. Qu’il ne manquait de rien et la proximité avec les commerces aux alentours et les activités.

Le seul bémol du séjour était le confort du lit qui était trop dur pour nous sinon il n’y avait rien à redire.

Excellent séjour, fortement recommandé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de deux nuits à La Mad Experience. Tout était parfait, depuis le premier contact avec l'hôte et les détails concernant l'enregistrement, le parking, etc. jusqu'au départ final. La propriété était exceptionnellement propre et disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour confortable. L'emplacement était parfait pour visiter Giverny et les jardins de Monet, mais Vernon elle-même vaut la peine d'être explorée. Nous avons mangé dans quelques restaurants locaux et il y avait aussi beaucoup de cafés et de magasins. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander La Mad Experience et espérons y retourner un jour.

Dejligt ophold i rolige omgivelser

Dejligt sted, lille men det er rigtig fint. Alt er der til brug i køkkenet selv vaskemaskine som vi ikke fik brugt. Der var pænt og rent og et TV med enormt mange kanaler. Selvfølgelig på fransk. God skabsplads til bagage. Selv tjek in virkede fint - elektronisk med kode. Fin privat parkering i gården der kan aflåses.gåafstand til byens seværdigheder .

Savner en TV kanal på engelsk f.eks. bbc news. Sengen er særdeles hård og lidt for kort til et par lange skandinaver på + 180 cm! Ellers alt super fint
