Passable

The situation was very good. The top part of the apartament was also good, the kitchen, the bedroom the bathroom. Everything new and clean.

The sheets i always prefer Cotton. But the problem was the bedrooms downstair, no ventilation and the humidity smell was too much. I think it is not healthy sleeping there.

Exceptional

The attention to details like candies on the bed, available coffee and hot chocolate pods. The beds were comfortable, too so we really had a resting sleep, although being tall wasn't an advantage for us :) Florence and David are really responsive and willing to help. The apartment is equipped with clean towels, iron, hair dryer and everything you need when in comes to dishes. I could see that they did the best they could and I appreciate that!

This flat was not fit for purpose and should not have been marketed as 3 bedrooms. Do not stay there

Decoration was superficially pleasant - but the flat was actually incredibly damp and very unpleasant to be in.

The property was not marketed honestly. It was marketed as a 3 bedroom apartment. In reality 2 bedrooms were in a very damp and smelly basement with no natural light and were completely unusable. We all slept upstairs -with 2 in the living room. The flat was incredibly hot but no fans were supplied. So we had to sleep with windows that opened onto the street open - people were passing us 1m away during the night and we did not feel safe. The flat was still unbearably hot and we all slept very badly. It was not a pleasant stay. Additionally, all the electrics (fuse boxes etc) were uncovered and next to the kitchen area, this did not seem safe.

Good location and great value.

The apartment seems to have been remodeled not so long ago, it was very clean and it was spacious. In the kitchen there were some supplies available, like tea and coffee. There was a children's bed available as requested. There are a lot of stores nearby in walking distance and parking the car in a free parking space was quite easy.

Le bouilloire a trop de calcaire et la prise est trop courte pour atteindre la prise d’électrique. Pas de petit attention comme petite bouteille d’eau. Difficulté d’enlever la clé de la porte.
