Staff aren't very friendly when their property breaks down

Good location

We had issues with the heating on our stay. The staff took hours to help and didn't offer anything to remedy the broken heating in the middle of winter. It took hours of us waiting for someone to come fix it. Maria tried to brush it off as no big deal but for us this was incredibly inconvenient to have no heating/ hot water for many hours and is needing to wait for their support staff to eventually come fix it. I won't be staying here again. Also the bed is really loud and squeaky. So if you move at all in the night it will wake up anyone else in the room.

A lovely place to stay in Lake Como, would recommend

The apartment was really good, beautiful view of the lake you couldn’t get a nicer view! Had everything that you needed and it’s in the centre of Bellano.

The only think we didn’t like was the noise of the bed; every time you moved it was very creaky and we kept waking each other up from turning over so didn’t sleep well but if you don’t move in your sleep then no problem! And didn’t have air con so it was a bit warm.

Beautiful, totally recommend but not if you have a bad back.

Location, beautiful view and all required amenities! Balcony was lovely suntrap in the late afternoon.

The bed! Appreciate that a sofa bed gives flexibility but it was truly quite uncomfortable. There are really great and comfortable sofa beds available. A nice addition could also be some slightly more comfortable chairs for the balcony, or some kind of sun lounger.

The host is not flexible at all. Check out 10.00 am, with no possibility even to leave the luggage . The water was leaking in the kitchen The sofa is EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Wspaniała lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem. Taras z widokiem na jezioro. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia.

Łóżko, a właściwie kanapa. Czuć bardzo mocno sprężyny co powodowało dyskomfort. Bardzo nie wygodne.

Apartamentul a fost curat, cu priveliste frumoasa, dotat cu tot ce iti trebuie.

Singurul proces mai complicat a fost check inul. Dar am contactat numarul de telefon afisat si ne am descurcat ulterior.

Tutto perfetto ma manda un messaggio per il parcheggio

Camera spaziosa, terrazza sul lago, ampio bagno.

Niente, solo un consiglio, il parcheggio va prenotato tramite messaggio, barrare la casella sulla app non basta, sono rimasta senza parcheggio e il.giorno della Pesa Vegia é impossibile parcheggiare in Paese. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Дуже вдале розташування, близько до центру і тераса виходить на саме озеро, вражаючий вид з вікна. Також в апартаментах дуже чисто і є все необхідне.

Брудна стара тумбочка на балконі, її варто вже викинути. І мало розеток.

Zapewniona jest herbata, kawa, przyprawy, oliwa, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Jest żelazko, suszarka do włosów, pralka i kilka kapsułek do prania.
