Everything was really good, the apartment was clean, communication as well
Only one thing could be better is the mattress, for our backs it was a bit not comfortable to sleep on. You could really feel the springs through the mattress

Sem dúvida que o terraço mesmo junto ao lago e a vista são deslumbrantes!
A cama, aliás o sofá cama, é MUITO desconfortável e as almofadas também. É uma pena que com um apartamento com uma vista destas não invistam um pouco mais no conforto dos hóspedes.

The photo is exactly what it looks like. The view is amazing with the apartment right on the water. I traveled alone and didn’t mind the sofa bed. Enjoyed my stay a lot. One thing to note is be sure that you have good phone or data service. My phone reception wasn’t good and had trouble calling the property manager to open the gate when I first arrived. Fortunately I found a window of good resection and got the gate open.

The positive thing is the view
The host is not flexible at all. Check out 10.00 am, with no possibility even to leave the luggage .
The water was leaking in the kitchen
The sofa is EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE.
