Excellent host, apartment and location

We chose Bellano as we wanted a slightly less touristy place on Como and were very happy with our choice. The apartment is in a residential block and area and is on the second floor with a large balcony with fantastic views of the lake. There are steep steps up to the apartment.The apartment is very well designed to a high standard and was spotlessly clean and has everything you would need to feel at home. The main bedroom is super comfortable and has views of the lake.There is free parking at the property. It is a very safe environment. We were met at the property by the host who explained everything very well and who also sent us recommendations for restaurants and nearby free public swimming spots. The walk into the centre of Bellano is under 10 minutes using paths rather than having to walk on road which is great. As I am not very good on boats we used the train from Bellano station to travel to other lakeside towns. The air conditioned trains run every 15/30 mins up and and down the east side of the lake and stop at every town and it is a very cheap and easy way to travel. There is plenty to explore around the area and I would definitely recommend this apartment and Bellano as a place to stay.

An impressive view over the lake

It has a view over Lake Como that you just don't get tired of. The apartment is new, with an immaculate modern vibe. The host provided various local suggestions which we would recommend too ! It really is striking in its modernity. I think our walk down to the ferry terminal was 18 minutes. Great hosts !

The appartment was designed nicely , well cleaned and the equipment was suprisingly modern. Especially for italian standards. Ecxellent showers and good service as well. We were 3 persons and can only recommend the appartment.

Breathtaking views of lake como. Beautiful home decor.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the facilities are top notch and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The bed was really comfortable. The host was very kind and accommodated all of our needs and concerns. In fact, this is the best rental we have ever booked and we are avid travellers. Very spacious , very clean, all appliances worked well. There were even fresh flowers on all the flower pots which was very refreshing. Thank you so much.

Beautiful Bellano apartment

The apartment was well-appointed and exquisitely clean. The location and the view were amazing. The host was wonderful with communication and helping us get settled in the apartment. The only sad part was we could only stay one day. Hopefully we can visit again soon.

Perfect Lake Como getaway

The apartment was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. It was very well appointed with everything you need in a vacation apartment. It's a short walk to town and Bellano is a quieter town than others on the lake.

The location, and the views, were exceptional. The hosts were very responsive. The hosts left us a bowl of satsumas, this was a nice touch.

For an 8 days stay the kitchen was missing some essentials such as coffee mugs, serving utensils and bowls.

Excellent séjour à Bellano. Logement très agréable avec vue splendide

L’atout majeur est la vue splendide sur le lac de Côme. Situé dans les hauteurs de Bellano, le logement se trouve a proximité de Varenna. L’appartement est spacieux, propre et confortable. Avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Tout le nécessaire s’y trouve. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte et des conseils pour un séjour réussi.

Ne convient pas aux personnes qui ont des difficultés pour se déplacer. L’appartement est accessible en montant une cinquantaine de marches. Le garage est fort étroit.

Het uitzicht over het meer is echt prachtig.

Loopafstand van de restaurants is een minuut of tien, terug naar het appartement is behoorlijk om hoog, goed te doen, maar als je slecht ter been bent, dan is het geen aanrader, tenzij je de auto gebruikt die op 1 minuut van het appartement geparkeerd kan worden.

Wunderschönes Appartment mit tollem Blick

Herrlicher Blick auf den Comer See und die Berge, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen freistehenden Badewanne, super sauber, perfekte Schlüsselübergabe und Infos zu Restaurants, Supermärkten durch Eigentümer

Bett hatte nur eine große Bettdecke und eine Matratze, da wir das nicht gewöhnt sind, haben wir nicht so gut geschlafen. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre toll, da es nur eine mechanische Espressomaschine gab. Etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirr wäre gut gewesen, so musste man entweder spülen odet die Spülmaschine halb leer laufen lassen. Gut wäre ein Infoblatt zu Funktion des Fernsehers, Mülltrennung etc. Da man sich nicht alles was man am Anfang vom Besitzer erklärt bekommt sich merken kann.

Einfach alles perfekt

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Angefangen von der Schlüsselübergabe, der Empfang, die Lage, die Aussicht, die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber (selten so eine saubere Ferienwohnung gehabt). Man konnte sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
