Location and the apartment overall are great!

the where construction in the apartment above for 2 days of 3 we were there witch was very noisy and inconvenient. the neighbors from the next apartment knocked the walls because we talked and laughed after 22:00... no music or shouting! talking and laughing...

Matteo has provided many iyseful nformation on his apartment, how to get there, how to park (even 2 little movies to help finding the car parks !!), and even booked a restaurant fir me. He is a very kind person and makes all what is possible for his guests. I apprecuated very very much. Definitely a wonderful person with a breathtaking apartment

Great place to stay. That was beyond my expectations.

The place was wonderful. It was just 20 meters from the lake. It took a long distance walking from the train station. The owner was really nice and helpful. The owner will give you the information about early self checking in. And the owner will help you find the taxi ( for pick up and send you to the train station)but you need to tell the owner ahead. Everything in the apartments was full equipped and clean. The toilets were really clean. The heater worked very well. The kitchen was full of utensils.

A good apartment in a small, peaceful village

The host Matteo was super-helpful with queries we had before we arrived. His assistant Ivana was also very helpful and pleasant, meeting us at the ferry terminal - especially considering that our arrival by boat was later than planned. The location is good, not far at all from the lakeside, where we had breakfast on the terrace at the Bar Arrigoni as few metres from the ferry terminal. I also found the bed was better for my back than mine at home!

Everything about this place was awesome, from the moment we arrived in Bellano and were picked up at the station to the moment we checked out and still received a couple of messages from the host checking in on us! Large apartment with plenty of space, all of the basic amenities + more (having a washer was quite nice), and a communicative host. Would definitely stay again! =)

Alojarse en una propiedad hermosa en una calle típica de Bellano.

La ubicación a pocos metros del lago, cerca de restaurantes y locales comerciales. A pocas cuadras de un supermercado y una panadería. A pasos de la estación de Ferry y del metro. El departamento es un primer piso por escalera, tiene un baño completo y otro sin ducha. No nos faltó nada!! Impecable la bienvenida con una botella de Prosecco y opciones de infusiones para el desayuno que hicieron muy confortable la estadía. Daniel estuvo muy atento y disponible. Disfrutamos muchísimo la estadía y volveríamos sin ninguna duda!!

Solo para tener en cuenta de acuerdo al grupo. El tercer dormitorio es en realidad el living y tiene poca intimidad. No es tan cómodo para 3 parejas, pero es una opción excelente si viajan con niños o adolescentes. La ducha es algo pequeña.

Bardzo duży przestronny apartament, kontakt z właścicielem Matteo non stop, jeszcze przed pobytem wysłał wiele cennych wskazówek i porad, zawsze odpisywał, wyszedł po nas na dworzec, w apartamencie czekało na nas prosecco, woda i przekąska.

Appartamento consigliatissimo, ampi spazi e pulito. Matteo è stato chiarissimo sia nelle indicazioni per le chiavi e il parcheggio della macchina. Ottima pozione, neanche 10 min di macchina da Varenna.
