La habitación está muy bien, pero de una noche a la otra limpian muy por encima pues no quitan ni la basura de los basureros pero la habitación muy limpia
La habitación si, pero la entrada al edificio está fatal parece que está abandonado pues la puerta para entrar al edificio está horrible viejo y muy abandonado el ascensor por dentro limpio pero la verja terriblemente sucia. La habitación muy bien.

Absolutely wonderful stay near the Vatican.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and perfectly located, but what truly made the difference was the amazing staff. They were incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning.
We arrived early, tired from travelling with my parents and dealing with the hot weather, and the team immediately accommodated an early check‑in, which we appreciated more than words can say.
Even the cleaning staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, a fantastic experience — not just because of the apartment itself, but because of the people who run it. Highly recommended.

Ottima posizione, all’uscita della Metro, comodo per collegamenti con la stazione Termini e il centro, a breve distanza a piedi da San Pietro.
Semplice l’accesso automatico alla stanza. Stanza confortevole.
La mattina del checkout si è esaurita l’acqua calda (fornita da boiler evidentemente non abbastanza capiente per servire 5 stanze).. abbiamo quindi dovuto lavarci con l’acqua fredda (salvo attendere un tempo indefinito per aspettare che si riscaldasse l’acqua). La cosa più seccante è stata la completa assenza di assistenza da parte del personale contattato che ha risposto semplicemente: “non so come aiutarla”…..
