The room was so comfortable and clean. Loved the air-conditioning as Rome was so hot. Breakfast was sufficient and delivered each morning when requested. Staff were very friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful Air-conditioning was good Bathroom was clean and well equipped Bedding etc was cleaned daily
The very small and old lift which only fit two people The electricity/lights that we couldn't t get to go off so had to remove card and couldn't charge appliances overnight Reception area isn't like normal hotels The area was quiet especially at night
