Locatia si apartamentul a fost foarte curat, cu de asemenea mașina de spălat si o bucătărie echipată cu de toate! Perfect ptr 2 familiil, fiecare cu baia lui si dormitorul lui bineînțeles ... daca mă întrebați daca aș mai sta acolo? răspunsul da 100% ..

Óptimo apartamento, obras recentes e com bom gosto, tudo super limpo, 3 bons quartos, óptima cozinha (bem equipada) e óptima sala! Éramos 5 e ficámos muito bem instalados nos 3 quartos. Anfitrião muito disponível e cuidadoso. Boa localização na marginal de Ponta Delgada com supermercados e todo o tipo de comércio à porta. Muito bom, recomendamos!
Há pequenos detalhes que o anfitrião está a resolver: estores de um quarto não fechavam bem, o apoio de um dos duches precisa ser mudado e um dos dois elevadores esteve sempre avariado deixando o prédio inteiro só com um elevador (prédio dos anos 80). Os pontos muito positivos superam largamente estas áreas de melhoria!

Apartment was nice clean equipped with everything you need for your stay only if had Ac & softer mattress it would’ve been perfect
Bed was extremely hard felt like i was sleeping on top of a Rock i woke up in pain i have osteoporosis, No Ac at all good thing i went on October i wasn’t to happy with the fact that never met the owner in person
