What an exceptional apartment and host! The apartment is finished with such high end comfort and thoughtfulness. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It's one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting.

The location is perfect, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The view of the sea was spectacular. Rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen and appliances fully functionable. José was at a phone reach for anything we may need.

Everything was great.

The apartment was exceptionally well done. Jose, The owner, was very attentive. As no one had stayed the previous night, he let us check in very early which was wonderful as we arrived at 7:00 a.m. He brought us champagne for New Year's, and even had a few staples in the apartment for us, like bottled water, butter, sugar, milk, coffee, etc. We watched the fireworks at New Year's from our balcony. The parking garage was great. If it was raining, we would drive into the garage and just take the elevator to our floor. Everything about this property was simply exceptional. 10 plus.
