The location is perfect, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The view of the sea was spectacular. Rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen and appliances fully functionable. José was at a phone reach for anything we may need.

The apartment was exceptionally well done. Jose, The owner, was very attentive. As no one had stayed the previous night, he let us check in very early which was wonderful as we arrived at 7:00 a.m. He brought us champagne for New Year's, and even had a few staples in the apartment for us, like bottled water, butter, sugar, milk, coffee, etc. We watched the fireworks at New Year's from our balcony. The parking garage was great. If it was raining, we would drive into the garage and just take the elevator to our floor. Everything about this property was simply exceptional. 10 plus.

מיקום מושלם במרכז של המרכז. הדירה נמצאת בקומה שישית של מגדל מודרני. חניה מתחת לבניין. בעל הדירה פשוט מקסים, זמין בכל דבר. עוזר בחיוך וברצון. מתקנים מודרניים מטבח מאובזר. בבית חיכתה לנו סלסלה עם אוכל חלב במקרר
