Central location, had everything we needed. Easy check in procedures and super helpful staff. I would certainly use this property again if I return to Ponta Delgada.
Could do with a coffee table to put your drinks on while relaxing on the sofa.

Great location, good wifi, well equipped apartment, helpful owner.
The apartment was super moldy. The mold smell made the apartment really uncomfortable, even with all the windows open. By the third day even our clothes were smelling like mildew. This could be easily fixed with good ventilation in the bathroom (there wasn't any) and some chlorine spray on the walls every now and then.
