The location is very nice and close to restaurants and as Portas da Cidade. The place was clean accept for the main door downstairs.
The place was clean but very dated. It definitely needs a makeover and the fact that it had no air conditioning is inexcusable in 2026. Due to climate change, air-conditioning is a must for a comfortable stay in the Azores, therefore I would not stay here again.

Situé en centre ville, près port, quartier animé, appartement assez spacieux,
Douche vétuste, literie molle. Bruit des pigeons dès 5 h du matin. Aucun produit d'accueil (ni sel, poivre, huile, café, par exemple).
