Atlantic Penthouse - City, Montain & Ocean - Free Parking

Great location, clean and spacious. More than ample room for 3 adults. Loved the view. Washer and dryer such a plus. Probably one of the most generous places we have stayed...coffee, tea, soap, toilet, towels, paper, oil, salt...really plentiful of everything. We were kindy allowed to enter the property super early: I know it isn't a guarantee as check in is at 3pm, so we are very grateful as we were exhausted when we arrived. Clear instructions. Overall one of our favorite rentals to date.

Great location and beautiful view. East walk to all downtown shopping and restaurants.

It is a nice location with walking to everything. We did use the parking garage, but once parked never moved the car. My biggest complaint is the smaller bedroom closest to the ocean is very very noisy. The sound travels up and there is resturant/ bar down below that can get very loud. There is only one air conditioner and that is in the front living area, it does not cool down the whole apartment. They do have a couple of floor fans but not enough for all bedrooms. I received an email with instructions on how to enter the apartment, but after that no communication with the host. I had no idea how what our obligations were at check out . I don’t think I would book it again, just because of the noise level from the docks in front of the building.
