Very clean and spacious. Very nice gesture in the kitchen of welcome biscuits and crisps. Appreciated the little touches of tea and coffee that were provided and use of washing machine/dryer should we need it. Great property in a quiet location not far from the high street and beach.

Downstairs toilet was a very tight squeeze to get into. My 8 year old was only one who was able to get in there comfortably.

The house was in a good location just a short walk to the center of Cleethorpes. It is a very well maintained property and It was spotlessly clean and with quality modern furnishings. The sofa and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with thoughtful little touches about what you may need such as washing up liquid on the kitchen sink and clean kitchen sponge with scouring pad and a dishcloth and teatowel. The hosts had left sachets of coffee ,sugar and teabags as well as little containers of milk we appreciated that little touch as it allowed us to have a drink on arrival and the hosts also left some individual packets of biscuits and a large share bag of crisps. The dining room has a dining table and chairs and there is plenty of room to sit down and enjoy a family meal. From the dining room there was access to the nicley matained back garden if you wanted to sit outside and relax. There is also a downstairs toilet. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean either a small bath with a shower over it there is also an adjustable shaveing mirror and the towels were nice and sof and there was plenty of hot water. If uou are arriving by car there was plenty of parking spaces on the street but make sure you apply and pay for a parking permit prior to arrival. When we come back to Cleethorpes again I hope to be able to stay in the property again we were very impressed with it as it is a warm and welcoming little home from home refurbished to a high standered. The hosts made lots of little thoughtful extras that made the place so warm, welcoming. and inviting.

The location is perfect for all amenities, the guests where very respondent, the house was very clean and tidy.

The parking wasn't ideal but no fault of the owners. Thus was due to the extra charge the council have implemented for that and the surrounding area, however, the hosts where very helpful when I needed an additional car added and there is parking around the corner on Mill Road free of charge if you can get on it.
