スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。
施設を出て右手にホルモンを店頭で焼いてる居酒屋さんがあり、テイクアウトしましたがとても美味でした。こちらに泊まる方はぜひチャレンジしていただきたいです。
設備に年季を感じましたが、綺麗に清掃されていました。私の確認不足ですか炊飯器がなかったのでお米を炊くことができませんでした。

新今宮駅、動物園前駅からのアクセスが良く、ドンキ、ダイソーやコンビニと、周囲に生活に必要な買い物ができるお店が多数あり便利でした。
通天閣、新世界、天王寺が近くて、観光もできました。
ユニットバスとトイレの換気がうまく機能していなくて、空気が澱んでいました。玄関の扉まで結露しているのでしっかり排気できているかファンとダクトを確認した方が良いです。
それもあり、トイレがアンモニア臭がありました。
ベッドシーツは綺麗でしたが、シーツ下に髪の毛や埃がありました。

The best and strategic place to stay..close to donki Quijote and a lot of 24/7 convenience store..whats more, it closed to train station..it also have elevator..the owner is very helpful and willing to answer any question u asked..will come again when i come to osaka in future..
If they have more cutlery is better
