Very Near the metro and just a few minutes away from some tourist attractions like, tsutenkaku tower, shisekai district, tennoji zoo and tennoji park.
It is relatively clean but there are areas of the house that needed more attention, like some part of the walls needed dusting. It would be great if cleaning towels were provided so I didn’t need to use the face towel for cleaning. Also the room with the view can be noisy at night because of the traffic noise, would be great if they installed a noise minimising window, for a better sleep experience. Lastly, the wi-fi signal doesn’t reach the room with the view.

this place was excellent. The price is incredible for what you are getting and where it is located. When i find myself in Osaka again, I will definitely be booking this place again.
There is one elevator for the building and the apartment is located on the 9th floor so sometimes the elevator was crowded or slow, but this was my only complaint. Excellent place.

地理位置很好，就在惠美须站和通天阁边，很热闹也很方便。
一切设备都很老旧。厨房的地板是软的（踩着像要塌了一样），沙发上有被烟头烫出的印子，桌子、椅子、茶几都是破的坏的，几乎每个墙面都掉漆或破洞。我们有五个人入住，屋子里却只有三把椅子，和员工提出诉求但没有任何回应。

They have 3 bedrooms that we can share between our group of 7 people. The place is close to everything so it’s convenient for us as we have 3 young children with a big pram.
The outside noise (siren from police station and fire engine) really affect your sleep. The apartment has very thin window and it doesn’t block out the outside noise.
The apartment itself is quite old and isn’t maintained well. We found some cracks in the bath tub, on the walls and floor.
