部屋が広くて暖房が効きにくいです。 玄関側の部屋は暖気は届かずキッチン、トイレ、浴室はかなり夜間は寒いです。

駅近くで便利。普通のホテルより広い。洗濯機もあり、連泊の人は快適そう。掃除も綺麗に保たれていた。
部屋に入った瞬間、部屋干し臭がすごかった。 部屋全体が部屋干し臭くて気分が悪くなりそうでした。 これは改善すべきだと思う。 チェックインの際に、鍵の件で困っており、緊急連絡先に電話しても繋がらず、30分以上待たされた。あらかじめチェックイン時刻をお伝えしてあるので、せめてその時だけはすぐに電話に出れるようにしておくべきだと思う。
