Cleanliness

The location was great, short walks to Nipponbashi station and Namba. The place also has all utensils and things you need for your everyday use.

Not many power points to plug any devices on.

Simple, easy and straight forward check in/out process. Pillow, blankets and bed are comfortable. Reasonable shower facilities. Sufficient eateries around. There is also an inexpensive local supermarket nearby which is good for those who cooks in the apartment. A couple of convenient stores around too.

The apartment could only, physically, accommodate 2 pax max (but it says in the website that it's for 3 pax). It can hardly fit two large (29-30 inches) suitcases. Some walls are stained (particularly the wall where the dining table is). Dining hall has dust and the floor has residues from last/past user(s). There are water stain on the cups and plates. There are bread crust under the microwave. Water drainage of the sink in bathroom needs to be fixed. Kitchen cabinets are stained which needs be cleaned. I doubt about the cleaning service provided, following the departure of the last/past user(s), prior to our check in. I would say, charging us 5000 yen of cleaning service of our stay is a real joke given the cleanliness condition of the apartment. For information, we stayed 5 nights.
