A great place to stay and surely a recommended one. Place is clean and it comes with all facilities including the washing machine as well. Owner is also very quick in replying to any questions that you may have.

I booked this place with ma friend and stayed one night.
The room was excellent and clean. The daily amenities are setted and facilities were perfectly worked. I didn't use the service but they provide the exchange service also. Definitely recommend if you stay osaka.

One of our larger stays in Japan and although close to a station, the location was not the most convenient. The place was generally clean, however when we checked in, there was a used razor found in the bathroom that we had to dispose of ourselves which made us feel as though some areas were not adequately cleaned before our check-in. The elevator to get to our floor was quite dodgy - small and we were a little worried about our large suitcases fitting. Responses from the hosts were prompt, and the bathroom and laundry facilities were great. However there was a lack of space to hang large amounts of washing - only one small drying rack. One positive is the spacious balcony with a nice view.
