The location is very convenient — it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Check-in on the first day took a bit of time, as there is no front desk staff; the entire process is self-service using a tablet in the lobby.
There are quite a few Japanese chain restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It takes about a 10-minute walk to the nearest LIFE supermarket, so if you plan to shop for groceries frequently, you may want to take that into consideration.

The amenities available were great, and good proximity to osaka tower.
Overall the room was fairly clean, but the washroom area could be cleaned a little bit more thorough.

very good location,very close to Nipponbashi and Ebisu station. The washing machine in bathroom is so excellent!
