BON Condominium Namba Ebisu

We liked the convenience of the rooms and the proximity to the station. Communication is very prompt. The room size was comfortable but for 4 adults, the beds were small and the sofa bed wasn't comfortable.

I didn't like that the building itself, the corridors, the entrance, the elevators had no ventilation and air. It was like a furnace in there. There should be some kind of air ventilation, cooling and not just fans which do nothing when there is no air for circulation. The upgrade for a futon in the room is not exactly a proper bed for an adult. It was very uncomfortable to be used as a bed. Also, the fact that when I had booked the 2nd room, a sofa bed was already in there with no extra charge. Yet, I am wondering why I was charged for a sofa bed that was already in the room for the 4 ppl. It wasn't put there as an extra just for upgrading.

The location of these apartments is ideal for visiting Namba, Tennoji or Tsutenkaku all of which are 5-20 mins by foot or 2-3 minutes by underground. The apartment is fantastic value with a good amount of space, although it has too many beds which is typical for the Japanese market. All of the facilities are excellent with the basic essentials (Toilet paper, tissues, washing liquid, etc...) supplied as part of the price and free restock is available via the app. Any enquiries or requests made via the app are answered promptly with the staff both friendly and helpful. We've stayed here on both of our last visits to Osaka and certainly intend to stay again on future visits.

Get rid of the second double bed, turn it into a sofa bed if you must but we just used it a dumping ground for bags, gifts, etc...It would have been much better to have the space available that it took up.

Accommodation is close to metro station. Clean and comfortable room with basic amenities, towels, laundry & dish-washing detergent. Value for money accommodation. Room is good for a family of 2 preschool children to move around. There is even a balcony ;).

Will be useful for vacuuming / housekeeping service every few days to maintain basic cleanliness.

Great location and amazing that they had a washing machine. Lovely and quiet too. Great value for money.

The place was dirty. Dust on absolutely everything, even the toilet bidet controls, which means it hasn't been cleaned in a while. My kids feet even had black on them just after walking around the room. It was good accomodation, but not great. Wouldn't stay there again.
