    An exceptionally comfortable, quiet, and clean stay paired with service that was beyond amazing—truly helpful, warm, and top-tier in every way! When we accidentally left an item behind in the room, the staff went above and beyond to track it down and safely keep it for us until we returned to pick it up. Everyone was wonderfully friendly and welcoming, and we truly loved their dedication. ​The breakfast could use some improvement in terms of variety, though the taste itself was quite good. A major highlight was the evening refreshment station featuring coffee, soda, and juice machines—it was an absolute lifesaver that felt so refreshing after a long, exhausting day of walking, especially since it stayed open until 11 PM. Thank you. ​快適で静か、そして清潔なお部屋に加え、スタッフの皆様の対応が本当に素晴らしく、親切で温かい「最高」のおもてなしに心から感動しました！部屋に忘れ物をしてしまった際も、嫌な顔一つせず一生懸命探してくださり、私たちが取りに戻るまで大切に保管してくださいました。皆様の温かいお心遣いが本当に嬉しかったです。 ​朝食はもう少しバラエティが増えるとさらに良いですが、味自体はとても美味しかったです。そして何より最高だったのが、コーヒー、ソーダ、ジュースサーバーが揃った夕方のリフレッシュメントサービスです。夜11時まで利用できたため、一日中歩き回って疲れた体に本当に染み渡り、最高の癒やしとなりました。 有難う御座います

    The hotel is very near the station and close the shinsekai food street. The room is quite spacious and clean. Nice staff as well

    Hotel has all the basic needs travellers would want. However, the location and staff make it different. Very good location and excellent customer service.
