We stayed at this hotel during our time in Osaka. Overall, considering the price we paid, it was an okay stay, although there are a few things that could be improved. The rooms are really, really small. There is barely any space to move around, and since the only available place to put our luggage was in the limited space around the beds, we constantly had to climb over the beds to get around the room. This made the room quite uncomfortable, especially for a longer stay. On the positive side, they provided pyjamas and some amenities, which was a nice touch, and the bathroom was good. The breakfast was probably the weakest point. It is very basic and consists mainly of very small croissants, with no bread or fillings available. We ended up buying bread from the supermarket so that we could have a proper breakfast. Fortunately, there is a Lawson convenience store directly across the street, as well as a larger supermarket about a 2-minute walk away. The coffee machine, which is available until 8pm, was very useful, and there is also a water dispenser in the lobby where you can refill your bottles. In terms of location, the hotel is around a 20–30-minute walk from some of Osaka’s main attractions. However, it is very close to the Shinsekai area, which has plenty of restaurants and places to eat, so this was very convenient.

Front desk staff were both very nice. The AC heating took time. Even though there is window, tatami room room is extremely close to the building next to it. Most uncomfortable part of my stay was the noise cleaning staff made in the morning. It should have been common sense to not make aggressive inconsiderate thumping jumping on a tatami surface. Because there is an echo noise comes from the empty space below the floor. I had to go downstairs in the morning, because it was disturbing noise even if a person is wide awake. When checking out walking towards the elevator, foreign male staff looked at me like a psych*path. Front desk apologized informing me the cleaning staff is a new staff from China.
