BON Osaka Namba East

駅から近く、部屋が広いこと。40㎡くらいの部屋にダブルベッドが二つとソファベッドがあり、今回は二人でしたが、4名～５名で泊っても快適であったとおもいます。 清掃もゆき届いていて清潔でした。チェックインもスムーズでした。

特にありませんでした。

Cette appartement présente un excellent rapport qualité prix. Il est bien placé, moderne et spacieux. Je le recommande sans hésiter si vous passez quelques jours à Osaka !

The location of the property is great you are a few mins walk to a subway and can be in the center of Osaka after a few minutes

We experienced issues with the air conditioning remote, which didn’t work for three out of the five days of our stay. Although the team was polite and tried to assist, they weren’t able to resolve the problem. They suggested we open the windows, but since we were on the ground floor, my children felt uncomfortable doing so as we could hear people walking and talking outside. Secondly we tried to extend our stay one additional night however as we wrote past 10 pm in the evening the reservation team told us we couldn’t as 10 pm was the latest. They did have availability but said they could confirm it as it was past 10 pm this was a surprise as it seemed nonsensical to me that they would loose the business to a hotel down the road. Eventually the next morning it was solved after asking if they could re consider and spoke to the manager.
