BON Osaka Namba East

Laundry was great and very roomy. All amenities needed.

We decided on our trip last minite and it’s hard to look for propertoes that can accomodate families in one room. Good thing I found BON Osaka Namba East when finalizing our trip. Location was good near Shinsekai and is beside Denden Town where we splurged buying toys and collectibles, and also a 10 minute walk to Tennoji Zoo and Namba City.

Facilities were maintained well and though there was no physical front desk, support via chat was fast. There are nearby restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket. We were able to maximize the kitchen and washer/dryer in-room.

Clean room, quite air conditioning. generally quiet room even though the express way seem to be only metres away (on lv4). Great security, Good location for local attractions, close to train stations, shops and coin laundry only a door away.

Nothing really, it is a very comfortable, no fuss place to stay in.

The location of the property is great you are a few mins walk to a subway and can be in the center of Osaka after a few minutes

We experienced issues with the air conditioning remote, which didn’t work for three out of the five days of our stay. Although the team was polite and tried to assist, they weren’t able to resolve the problem. They suggested we open the windows, but since we were on the ground floor, my children felt uncomfortable doing so as we could hear people walking and talking outside. Secondly we tried to extend our stay one additional night however as we wrote past 10 pm in the evening the reservation team told us we couldn’t as 10 pm was the latest. They did have availability but said they could confirm it as it was past 10 pm this was a surprise as it seemed nonsensical to me that they would loose the business to a hotel down the road. Eventually the next morning it was solved after asking if they could re consider and spoke to the manager.
