Riad LISA 6 personnes

Prachtige Riad met goede voorzieningen. Zeer mooi en met oog voor details ingericht. Locatie ligt in de Kasbah op loopafstand van het centrale plein Jama3 Elfna. Kom je met eigen vervoer dan is het beste om te parkeren langs “Route d’Ourika vlakbij de Bab Er Robb poort. باب الرب. Hier is 24 uurs bewaking. Sakina is een geweldige host. Iedere ochtend lekker ontbijt klaargemaakt.

Super leuke locatie. Je hebt de riad voor je alleen. Inclusief (klein) zwembadje op het dak. De kids hebben daar dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Kamers zijn ruim, schoon en heel sfeervol ingericht. Transport vanuit luchthaven werd geregeld voor ons. Zo konden we Riad makkelijk vinden. Locatie is goed. Dichtbij de tombeaux saadiens, voldoende restaurantjes direct in de buurt. Djemaa El Fna en Place de ferblantiers op loopafstand (10-12 minuten).

Bijna geen minpunten. Misschien dat de aanloop naar het Djemaa El Fna via een drukkere, niet zo sfeervolle straat is. Het place de ferblantiers is ook goed te lopen overigens en loopt beter aan. Er komt 's ochtends een dame ontbijt maken. Dat is fijn. Ontbijt is niet heel afwisselend, kregen veelal dezelfde zoete dingen. Op de ochtend van vertrek kwam ze niet, was 'te vroeg'.

Le manque de porte ou rideau entre les toilettes et la chambre, riad un peu exigüe, toilettes bouchées au RDV, le tarif du repas: rapport qualité-prix, les odeurs d'égouts dans la chambre, on aurait pu avoir une remise ou repas offert en contre-partie...

The property is ideally located to access attractions like the Bahia and El Badi palaces, and just is just outside the saadian tomb, within a 15min walk you will reach the Mammounia and the famous Djma El Fna square, entry to the medina... The property is clearly new and the design is stylish. The roof terrasse and the outside tub (albeit not warmed up) are very pleasant features)

While you get the full house with 3 double bedrooms, you do not get the exact riad experience. The property is rather compact with small bedrooms and chill out areas. The service is limited a basic breakfast compared to other riads: - bottled orange juice vs freshly squeezed; - the pancakes are re-heated vs cooked on site - we had one egg per person on one of the days - local pastries were served on onother day. We waited for 45 min the pick up at gbe airport and the owner blamed it on our fast processing through immigration compared to expectations. In terms of comfort, while the riad is new and clean, we found the beds super hard (mattresses on concrete base) and the pressure in the showers was excrutiatingly low. Overall, having travelled several times to Marrakech, i would say that this riad is probably closer to an Rb&B experience than what you would expect from a traditionnal riad. The property remains good value for money on the basis of 6 guests, but with lower occupation, you would find better prices.
