Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. They also arranged the airport transfer. Quiet and calm location. Nice traditional Moroccan Breakfast relaxing at the rooftop. A beautiful and cozy Riad.

The air in the room can feel a bit stuffy and the air conditioner takes a while to cool.

The Riad staff was exceptional. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had to leave our bags overnight as we went for a desert glamping and we had to leave some food in the freezer as well. They had the problems with that and even let us stay in the hotel well after check out until our transportation arrived for the glamping trip. The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi was very strong throughout the building.

I was traveling with my mom so this wasn't an issue per say, but there is no door to the bathroom so privacy is a bit compromised. Although you can't see the bathroom from the bed. Also I wasn't able to use the hot tub because they turn it off at 7pm which is quite early in my opinion.

We loved our host Ayoub who was kind and helpful from beginning to end. He had great recommendations for local food and activities. The riad is also very well located in the old town of Marrakesh.

We stayed in a private house right next to the main riad. The images shown online were of the main riad which is a more beautiful house. The images also show a jacuzzi so we were of the impression it was our private jacuzzi. In reality, you need to pay extra for it. When we wanted to use it at 20:00, we were told it was too late because neighbors complained about its noise. So we felt like it was falsely advertised
